The residents of four of the retirement and care homes in the village have Communion services on a regular basis throughout the year. This enables those, of any denomination, who are unable to get to Church to receive the Sacraments and to practice their faith which has been such an important part of their lives for so many years. It maintains a link with the village church and keeps them in touch with the continuing cycle of the Christian year.
Communion can also be taken to the sick, at home or in hospital, and to the housebound. Please contact the Vicar or Curate if you would like a visit.
